In 2018 I launched Polly Burn consulting with the vision to use two decades of experience in the built environment and work in partnership with clients as a growth advisor with an approach tailored to suit your business.
Over the years the industry has become ingrained in my DNA. I started my career in London after studying interior design and mental health studies at Leeds university. My drive and passions come via creativity and through supporting people to get to where they need to go. I have a natural flair to connect with people as I have a genuine interest in people and enjoy connecting. We all can learn so much listening to other people’s stories.
As a dynamic leader, it made sense to head out on my own as it felt like a natural progression. I thrive on creating and implementing high-level strategic plans to deliver results efficiently. My experience includes B2B products and services operating within a built environment.
My focus is to help bring the best out of your business to help it grow and develop, whether you have immediate goals or longer-term projects. I believe prevention is always best and take a holistic approach in training and mentoring leaders and team members to promote trust and belonging and encourage creativity and enthusiasm to increase performance not burnout.
