With over 30 years’ experience in commercial sectors in London and across Europe, Tracy is very much in tune with business. Working at board level, she has managed and inspired large teams, leading them to success.

Tracy is the owner of Fifth Element Solutions. She works with companies to help shape and plan their strategy, improve efficiency and profitability.

Tracy and her team of consultants are subject matter experts in their management system verticals. The team implements and internally audits a full suite of management systems across a range of industries to conform to ISO standards. Their track record includes100% success rate in implementing Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, Energy and Information Security Systems, with client’s achieving and retaining external accredited certification year-on-year through team support.

Working with organisations as an extension to their teams, Tracy and the team fully support, audit, and improve performance. Tracy’s ability to see through jargon and overcomplicated workflows to keep things simple is invaluable to her clients. With a strong focus, pragmatic approach, and a determination to bring every project over the line on time and within budget, it’s a winning formula.

Tracy also has extensive marketing and PRINCE2 certified project management experience and has worked strategically at a senior level with several blue-chip companies on driving performance and change. Working with Leadership Teams,

Tracy has been awarded the grade of Practitioner by the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) and is a member of both CQI and IRCA. She also holds IRCA Lead Auditor certification, and all ISO consultants and internal auditors used at Fifth Element are qualified in their areas of expertise.

Tracy constantly challenges herself and her clients to look at things differently and raise the bar. She also supports graduates and apprentices entering the workplace with personal branding and business acumen, and Leadership Teams with Executive Coaching.
